day 33

Hey people
Today was very interesting. I was taught how to rollerblade and how to skateboard, though I was much better at the rollerblading. We had a barbeque today, which reminded me strongly of my Dad and his love for burning stuff on a grill. The meat in Germany far surpasses the meat in America, and the bread.
Soooooo, yeah... I spent my day rollerblading, falling down, and getting very uncomfortable by running into bushes head-on at a fast speed. I was cool though. Tonight, on my request, the Schlerfs are renting Serenity, which is and incredible movie and if you haven't seen it see it.

Sorry I didn't post yestereday, but I wrote my post on the laptop, and just before I hit the publish button it ran out of battery.

Hey Mister Hatfield! Nice to hear from you. Na, I didn't really get that math stuff, I only have one math class a week, so I'm a bit lost. Things are going well, and it's nice to hear from familiar folk. So thanks for posting.

Today was Palm Sunday, Brendan, did you go to mass? We sat in the choir loft with the first year Confirmation class--the one you'll with with next year when you do your confirmation. It was interesting to see them interact. I was impressed that even after Dan (with Jude) went downstairs Roxanne was on the altar as a lector), they didn't misbehave very much.

Glad you had a good day. The weather has turned here, and it's in the high 50s. What did the Schlerfs think of Serenity? Write me an email about Dune.
Love,
Mom

Hi, Brendan.
Sounds like your German's improving. I'm glad to hear you like their animal flesh. Sounds yummy.
Talked to Pete Sutherland today, and he says he misses you.
Love ya,
Dad

Brendan,
Herr H.
